Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit ~ Discipline: RN ~ Start Date: ASAP ~ Shift: 12 hours, nights ~ Employment Type: Travel **Night Shift RN – Heart Unit** **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM **We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Heart Unit team for the night shift. Our 15-bed unit boasts a collaborative environment with a patient-focused approach, caring for individuals recovering from various cardiac conditions. As the region's leading healthcare provider, we take pride in delivering exceptional care and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. **Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac and post-interventional procedures. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. - Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Electronic Medical Record (EMR) using Cerner. - Support and educate patients and their families about care procedures and post-operative recovery. **Unit Information:** - **Patient Ratios:** 3-4 patients per RN - **Staff Composition:** Night shift includes 4 RNs and 1 PCT - **Preferred Skills:** Charge nurse experience is advantageous. - **Equipment Used:** Telemetry, sheaths, and IV pumps. **Must be flexible, calm, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in a similar role or unit is preferred. **Must be available to work 4 weekends within a 6-week scheduling period. **Active RN license. - At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
