We are seeking a talented CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and program CNC machines for precision machining projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, quality standards, and safety procedures. You will be responsible for producing high-quality parts, ensuring machine efficiency, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key responsibilites include but are not limited to: Setting up and operating CNC machines (milling, lathe, or multi-axis) to produce aerospace parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal operation. Conducting quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications. Maintaining accurate production records and complete necessary documentation. Following all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Working independently and as part of a team. Having strong communication skills and a positive attitude. You should be proficient in: CNC Tooling G-Code High School / GED Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Okuma, Makino, Dmg Mori Seiki) CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Okuma) CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Dmg Mori Seiki, Mikron, Fanuc, Okuma) Salary info: $22 - $32 / hr
