We are seeking a motivated and charismatic Networking & Advertising Coordinator to expand our brand presence, forge meaningful connections, and create advertising strategies that generate measurable growth. The Networking & Advertising Coordinator serves as the face of the firm and will be responsible for facilitating marketing campaigns, online and offline, through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position has impeccable people skills, is creative yet effective, and is committed to the continued growth and development of our firm's ongoing initiatives. Responsibilities: • Create marketing materials, including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand. • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information. • Attend networking events, professional mixers, civic meetings, and community functions as a representative of the firm. • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with business leaders, referral partners, and community influencers. • Identify opportunities for sponsorships, speaking engagements, and community involvement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns (digital, print, radio, etc.) that align with brand goals. • Oversee ad placements, track performance metrics, and adjust campaigns for optimal results. • Plan and coordinate firm-hosted events, workshops, and client appreciation gatherings. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across networking and advertising efforts. • Maintain a schedule of networking and advertising activities, providing regular progress reports to leadership. Qualifications: •
3-5 years of marketing experience in a corporate or professional office environment required
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field • Proficiency with social media platforms • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects dexterously •

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 DOE
