About the Role

A growing mediation and conflict management firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead branding, outreach, and client acquisition efforts. This role is in-person and will start part-time with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance. Were looking for someone with a strong personality, excellent networking skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
2. Manage Networking Events Attend and represent the company at industry gatherings, business mixers, and community events.
3. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and attract potential clients, including law firms, HR professionals, and businesses.
4. Social Media & Content Marketing Manage social media, create engaging content, and execute digital campaigns.
5. SEO & Website Management Optimize digital presence for visibility and lead conversion.
6. Community Engagement & Outreach Build partnerships and referral networks to increase company visibility.

What Were Looking For

1. Strong personality with excellent communication & networking skills.
2. Experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
3. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
4. Ability to manage events, engage with potential clients, and drive business growth.
