Job Description:Senior/Principal Business AnalystDigital Strategy & Solutions (DS&S) for the Digital AI Solution (DAS) The RoleAre you ready to be a part of an innovative team? The DS&S chapter helps build world class, AI-powered digital products at scale. Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences. We are looking for someone who is ready to join a dynamic team responsible for developing AI-powered capabilities for the DAS product area. These solutions will use innovative design, AI/NLP techniques, and development practices.As Business Analyst, you will partner and be a part of a squad where you will provide business analysis and expertise to support the creation of digital experiences for our associates and customers! You will play a meaningful role in all phases of digital product management, including:Integrating deep research and industry awarenessImpacting product strategySynthesizing requirements from business needs, customer needs, and requests from our partners and stakeholdersDriving implementation across all client and associate touchpointsEnsuring that product priorities drive business valueDiscovering the right opportunities using dataCollaborating with members of the team to define innovative solutionsSupporting client and field readinessMeasuring the business outcomesSkills and Expertise You BringBachelor's degree required5-7 years of business analysis experience delivering high-value digital solutions to customers and/or associatesClient-obsessed with a passion to solve challenges through a data-driven approachA product, agile, and digital mindsetExperience working in an agile teamAffinity for technology, keeping up to date on industry innovationsStrong storytelling skills, conveying the vision and impact of digital solutions through data and visualization1-3+ years of commercial or academic experience, executing or leading work for digital or AI-powered products.Experience training and evaluating language modelsExperience developing, tuning, and evaluating various types of machine learning algorithms, e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, neural networksProven knowledge of business analyst techniques, e.g., requirements elicitation, current/future state analysis, flow diagramming, benchmarking, business rules and risk analysis, user acceptance testing, and product documentationSubject Matter Expertise (as needed) in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for assigned initiatives and featuresStrategic collaboration with stakeholders during plan reviewsGuidance and assistance to squad members on epic requirements and acceptance criteriaExperience with end-to-end business acceptance testing and with ensuring the traceability of use casesFamiliarity with data analytics and related toolsets, e.g., SQL, AWS-Athena, SnowflakeWe work towards a seamless customer experience on web, mobile, and voice-based interactions driven by AI-based natural language solutions.
