Description Join our dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex strategic programs that drive enterprise-level objectives. We are looking for an experienced leader who can effectively manage resources, budget, scope, and timelines while ensuring program success. In this role, you'll collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and subcontractors, to coordinate efforts and achieve impactful results. You will have Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability and contribute to operational excellence and strategic initiatives. Primary Responsibilities : Lead strategic programs from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs. Oversee program scope, budget, timelines, risks, resources, and quality to guarantee successful delivery. Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams. Identify and implement innovative tools, processes, and standards to enhance program execution and operational efficiency. Conduct systematic evaluations of program performance and take corrective action as needed. Ensure alignment across multiple functional areas and influence the adoption of new practices or approaches. Drive change management initiatives and promote process improvements at both program and organizational levels. Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts. Mentor junior project or program managers, providing guidance and overseeing their work. Maintain accountability for financial performance, reporting, and resource management across the program portfolio. Basic Qualifications TS/SCI with Poly Clearance is required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field. 12-15 years of relevant program or project management experience (or 10-13 years with a Master's degree). Proven experience managing large, complex programs with significant impact. Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and achieving results in challenging environments. Expertise in:

Program and project management Program evaluation and implementation Project planning and proposal development Change management and process improvement Resource and risk management Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive leadership and influence stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience with P&L responsibility and meeting financial targets. Ability to develop and implement scalable solutions across business functions. Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP certification. Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or SAFe certifications. Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., defense, aerospace, government contracting). Expertise in writing and managing complex project or program proposals. Familiarity with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Primavera). Proven ability to influence senior leaders and lead organizational transformation initiatives. Active security clearance (if required by contract or customer). Pay Range: Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
