Office Administrator / HR Assistant
On-site | Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Compensation: $20-$24/hour

As an Office Administrator / HR Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our operations - ensuring our office runs smoothly while gaining hands-on HR experience in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do This is a dynamic and detail-oriented role where no two days are the same. You will: Keep our office running seamlessly through scheduling, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings and events Be the friendly voice and face of our office - greeting guests and answering incoming calls with professionalism Support HR Advisors with onboarding, new hire paperwork, background and reference checks, and training logistics Assist with benefit administration support, including eligibility audits and enrollment tracking Help our recruitment team with resume review, candidate screening, and interview scheduling Maintain client records and support HR audits and projects Handle general administrative tasks such as document proofing, data entry, file management, and report generation Provide accounting support including AP, billing review, and bank deposits Coordinate executive travel and handle office errands as needed Maintain confidentiality and follow through on open items and support needs What You Bring
2-3 years of office administration A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mac & PC) and web-based applications Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs High standards for confidentiality and professionalism Valid CA Driver's License and proof of auto insurance Preferred Experience
Familiarity with HR or recruiting support Prior experience in a consulting or service-based environment Schedule & Work Environment
