Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm Summary: We are looking for an energetic, down-to-earth HR professional looking to grow in our HR department. This is a full-time hourly on-site role located in Camarillo, CA. The HR Payroll Administrator works with the HR Manager in managing the HR operations, ensuring compliance with various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, training, events, and supporting a positive work environment for both union and non-union employees. The HR Payroll Administrator will work closely with various departments to maintain high confidentiality and uphold the integrity of all HR functions. The position reports to the Human Resources Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2+ years of hands-on HR experience Solid interpersonal and attention to detail skills 2+ years payroll processing experience required - weekly payroll processing experience preferred ADP payroll experience required. Payroll certification is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with different departments Working HR knowledge, payroll systems, and recruitment processes Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and demonstrate professionalism and respect under pressure Bilingual and fluent in Spanish, required Essential Functions Payroll administration skills: weekly full-cycle payroll for all temporary and full-time employees Process off-cycle payroll as needed Timekeeping system management - ADP Handle benefit, garnishment, tax levy and child support administration Manage and lead employee event coordination for the company Lead and manage all recruitment efforts for company - full cycle recruitment Work with third party staffing agencies to fill positions Support finance/accounting and HR audits and reporting, as needed Support with benefits administration as needed Serve as point of contact for employees Maintain strict confidentiality Manage HR supply ticket system Reporting and Audits Recruitment, Onboarding, Orientation Event Coordinator Benefits Administration Employee Relations Training and Development Additional Duties
