Martindale-Nolo is currently seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team!
What will you do? As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell our pay-per-lead program to attorneys nationwide. Your responsibilities include prospecting new clients, setting appointments, closing sales, and educating clients on digital marketing and conversions.
What we’re looking for...
1 year of full-cycle sales experience
including prospecting, closing, and meeting sales quotas. Experience with law firms is a plus.
Tech Savvy
with experience using CRM systems like Salesforce, G-Suite, and Zoom.
Excellent communication skills
both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and explain concepts clearly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with a love for challenges and ownership of sales targets.
This is an inside sales "hunter" role, with no post-sale account management or outside sales. Sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Benefits and Compensation Base salary starting at $40,000 plus commission. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, FSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, commuter benefits, and voluntary benefits like home and auto insurance.
