Responsibilities:
Childcare/Nanny Duties:
• Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for two children. • Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and outings. • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children. • Assist with school preparation/homework, bus drop-off/pick-up, and after-school routines. • Support bedtime routines when needed.
Household Management Duties:
• Maintain household organization and cleanliness in kids’ spaces and shared areas. • Perform housekeeping related to the family: laundry, dishes, tidying, wiping down the kitchen/dining table. • Grocery shopping and stocking household supplies. • Run family errands (dry cleaning, pharmacy, post office, etc.). • Coordinate with household service providers (cleaners, landscapers, handyman, etc.). • Manage the family calendar for kid-related activities and appointments. • Help prepare for family events and special occasions (e.g., birthdays, holidays). • Assist with other administrative or personal tasks as assigned.
Travel Arrangements:
• Book and manage all travel and accommodation arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documents are organized. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or nanny preferred. • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, and reliability. • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities. • Comfortable with children and capable of creating a nurturing, structured environment. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. • A bachelor's degree is a plus.
Preferred:
CPR/First Aid certification and a background in early childhood care. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
