Full-Time Afternoon Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus one extended evening per week (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.). Family prefers a Candidate available for occasional weekend and travel coverage and will offer 40 hours per week guaranteed. 2. Part-Time Morning Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The family can guarantee 20 hours per week. 3. Full-Time Split Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays), with one evening per week extended to 10:00 p.m. Family prefers a Candidate available for occasional weekend and travel coverage and will offer 40 hours per week guaranteed. The family is open to a live-in arrangement during working weeks if preferred. Children 2, 4, and 6 year olds. Duties Child-related responsibilities include managing the morning routine by getting the children dressed and ready for school, brushing teeth, preparing and serving breakfast, and packing lunches. The nanny will drive the children to and from school and activities, plan age-appropriate activities, supervise homework, and prepare simple, healthy dinners for the children. Evening duties include assisting with the bedtime routine, such as baths, pajamas, and getting the children settled for the night. Household duties Light housekeeping, including tidying common areas, loading and unloading the dishwasher, sweeping, and wiping down counters. The role also includes family laundry—washing, folding, and organizing clothing properly—as well as grocery shopping, running errands such as purchasing gifts or returning packages, and managing household supplies by creating lists and placing orders. The candidate will handle children’s wardrobe needs, schedule and coordinate service providers or vendors, maintain family calendars, assist with travel preparation, and ensure the home runs smoothly by proactively identifying and addressing household tasks. Requirements The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify what needs to be done without being asked. Strong communication skills and comfort using shared digital calendars, text, and email for coordination are essential. The role requires a high level of reliability, flexibility, and a team-player mindset. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, and warm, with a background in both childcare and family assistant roles. The family can provide a vehicle if needed. French language skills are a plus and swimming is a must. Candidate must be travel ready and open to occasional domestic and international travel. Salary range $45 - $50 Benefits This position offers paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid holidays, guaranteed pay 52 weeks per year, and a health stipend. Family will use a payroll service.
