Customer Service Representative
who is skilled at investigating and troubleshooting issues while providing exceptional customer support. In this role, you'll assist customers through calls and emails, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up with customers about upcoming and past-due payments. If you enjoy problem-solving and helping customers in a professional and friendly manner, we'd love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding advertising, billing, and account questions.
Accurately document customer interactions, including issues, adjustments, and necessary follow-ups.
Provide prompt and professional correspondence to customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Answer and direct incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on upcoming and past-due payments.
Make courtesy calls and send written correspondence to customers with overdue accounts.
Submit delinquent accounts to a collection agency as needed.
Support the Marketing and Sales Consultants by handling customer inquiries, providing advertising contracts, and facilitating resolutions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of company products, policies, and services.
