What You'll Do
Package, weigh, and band materials from production lines
Assist machine operators and support quality production
Follow safety protocols and customer packaging standards
Read and understand production orders and materials
Operate banding tools and handle small parts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift materials as needed
Good hand-eye coordination and basic math skills
Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required
Must be open to working any shift or rotation as needed
Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and attention to detail
Shift Schedule
12-hour shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Some shift rotation may be required based on production needs
