TWB Company is seeking a Machine Operator to join our night shift team in Antioch, TN. This position is responsible for operating machinery to process steel components used in automotive manufacturing. Duties include setup, inspection, quality checks, material handling, and documentation. This is an entry-level, full-time position. No prior experience is required-on-the-job training will be provided.
TWB, Tailor Welded Blanks, is a joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel Company. We developed the tailor welded blank market and have been the leading manufacturer of tailor welded products in North America for over 30 years. TWB supports just-in-time production and services to the automotive industry, helping make vehicles stronger, lighter, safer, and more fuel efficient.
TWB operates facilities across Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Canada, and Mexico. We are the largest purchaser of flat-rolled steel behind the automakers, and our steel can be found in over 50% of U.S. vehicles.

Responsibilities
Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Follow written work orders, blueprints, and process specifications
Set up and adjust machines for production runs
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Identify and report quality issues or material defects
Accurately complete required documentation and labels
Move, tag, and stage materials and finished goods
Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Minimum Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Forklift operation experience
Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
Ability to read blueprints or production schematics
CPR/First Aid training (provided on site if not already certified)
Compensation and Benefits
$0.55/hour shift differential
