Worthington Samuel Coil Processing (WSCP), a joint venture of Worthington Steel, is looking to add a Production Associate to its Night Shift team(6PM-6AM) in Twinsburg, OH.

In this role you will do a combination of production tasks which may include, but not limited to, loading machinery, positioning work, setting up jobs, removing parts and waste, adjusting and operating machinery.

This is an entry level position! We have on the job training, no experience required. If you are a self-motivated problem solver with a strong work ethic and drive, let's talk!

Responsibilities

Perform one of multiple roles, including operating exit, entry and set-up tasks to ensure ongoing machine operation.

Package, weigh, and load/unload material, and stage material

Perform miscellaneous tasks throughout plant to ensure safe, efficient and quality production of materials

Desired Experience

Physical, repetitive work; able to lift up to 50 pounds

Good hand-eye coordination

Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to operate banding tools and read a tape measure

Handle small parts and follow quality policies

Recognize and detect quality issues

Read and comprehend detailed instructions in English

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Good oral and written communication skills

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

This position requires working a non-rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Employees will work 6 PM to 6 AM, following a 2-2-3 bi-weekly pattern. The facility operates on a 24/7 Schedule.
