3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician

Join Our Team as a 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Technician! We are looking for a dedicated individual to work the straight 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday from 10 PM to 6 AM, with the possibility of required overtime during the week and on some weekends. What You'll Do: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematics, and hydraulic drawings to determine work requirements. Install, align, dismantle, and reposition industrial machinery and equipment, such as pumps and conveyors, using hand and power tools. Inspect and diagnose machinery and equipment for irregularities and malfunctions. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various power transmission and hydraulic systems. Adjust machinery and troubleshoot defective components to ensure proper functionality. Operate hoisting and lifting devices for machinery installation, setup, and repair. Perform routine maintenance and preventative work on machinery. Engage in other job tasks and projects as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of AC/DC wiring, drives, motors, and VFDs. Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and HMI systems. Basic mechanical skills, including understanding bearings, chains, and belts. Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus. Design and fabrication skills are advantageous but not mandatory. Experience with mills, lathes, or robotics (Fanuc) is a bonus. Previous use of CMMS systems and knowledge of conveyor systems is appreciated. Qualifications: All candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have or be actively pursuing a minimum of a 2-year associate degree. Why Work With Us?
