Your Role:
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you'll be instrumental in our mission to enhance healthcare for all. With a holistic approach to mental health, you'll address the unique needs of our diverse patient population by providing a range of treatments including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. What You Will Do: Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers. Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication treatments. Contribute to the development of graduate students through enriching training experiences. Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Utilize evidence-based treatment methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Monitor treatment responses and assess changes in clinical symptoms and treatment effects. Represent our practice in community presentations and educational lectures. Maintain up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation adhering to all regulatory standards. Your Success:

Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) in your practice state. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of professional clinical experience post-Master's degree. Experience delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficient in using technology for communication and medical documentation. Able to work independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness.
