DAY ONE! Your Role: Operate glass fabrication equipment and perform manual operations as needed. Transport materials, including glass, efficiently to expedite production. Read, understand, and label products accurately. Conduct quality inspections of glass and equipment. Perform daily safety and equipment inspections. Adhere to safety policies and protocols. Familiarize yourself with the plant layout to ensure effective workflow. Assist different job functions and departments as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area. Your Skills: Ability to accurately read a tape measure -
REQUIRED Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs independently and 150 lbs with assistance. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willing to work in varying climate conditions (heat, cold, humidity). Basic proficiency in math and computer skills. Forklift and crane experience is a plus. Strong commitment to safety practices. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience in hand fabrication and glass work is a plus. Why Choose Trulite?
