Shift Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, starting at 6am Benefits begin
DAY ONE! Who You Are: A highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work and strives to perform their duties efficiently while ensuring high-quality output. You are eager to expand your knowledge and experience while contributing to the success of the organization. What You Will Be Doing: Transport materials, including glass, between various locations to enhance the production process. Read, understand, and accurately attach appropriate labels and tags to products. Conduct quality inspections of glass and operating equipment, and manually maneuver equipment as needed. Perform daily safety and equipment inspections. Follow all safety policies and procedures strictly. Understand the layout of the plant to ensure proper product flow. Adapt to various job functions and assist other departments when necessary. Keep work areas organized and clean. Skills You Bring: Ability to accurately read a tape measure - REQUIRED Capability to lift 75lbs independently and 150lbs in tandem. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team. Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity). Basic math and computer skills. Forklift and Crane experience is a plus. Commitment to safety practices. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience with glass is a plus.
