Pay Range:
$65,000 - $75,000 annually

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing
Record journal entries and ensure accurate documentation of business transactions
Update and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with expense audits and payroll review
Maintain financial databases to ensure data accuracy and availability
Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal use
Support senior accountants with various financial projects

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Proven accounting experience with strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy and organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional team
