1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.
Post payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
Manage collections with professionalism and persistence.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
Maintain organized financial records and assist with the month-end close.
Support process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize billing portals and EDI systems (experience strongly preferred).

What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
