Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented

Supply Chain Analyst

to join our North America team. In this highly operational role, you will plan, analyze, and optimize product supply levels, safety stock, and inventories for all products and customers in the region. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and sourcing teams to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time, keeping our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys balancing analytical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and ensure product availability by aligning with sourcing teams, sales forecasts, and inventory goals while minimizing disruption. Manage inventory levels across all SKUs, balancing supply with demand. Partner with sales and marketing to forecast demand and estimate sales volumes using historical and current data. Develop, monitor, and manage purchase plans for the NACA region in alignment with revenue targets. Build, maintain, and improve analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.) to enhance supply chain decision-making. Monitor supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements. Communicate regularly with sourcing colleagues to align production and stock flow with market demand.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2+ years’ experience in procurement or demand planning, preferably in a high-volume, low-cost, multi-product environment with multiple vendors. Experience in sales forecasting and demand planning. Proficiency in Excel and other quantitative/data tools to manage and interpret complex datasets. Understanding of import/export processes and regulations. Experience working in environments with shifting customer and product landscapes.

Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with SAP Business One (logistics and procurement modules). Knowledge of MRP systems. Data analysis experience (Power BI or similar). Exposure to managing product flows in e-commerce or Amazon marketplaces.
