JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, Compliance & Ethics will leverage their expertise in compliance and ethics to effectively support NCLH's global compliance and ethics function. Responsibilities include assisting with a variety of compliance and ethics matters, such as hotline complaints, audits and reviews, training and support for team members on regulations and company policies, and third-party risk management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the company's global compliance and ethics function with development, research, and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs, procedures, and policies following regulations and company policies. involving ethics, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, trade sanctions, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, use of company assets, insider trading, privacy and data protection, import/export customs compliance, human rights, records retention, third-party supplier compliance and other regulatory-related areas. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and risk assessments to ensure adherence with regulatory requirements and company policies, driving continuous improvement. Manage the monitoring and resolution hotline complaints ensuring timely, thorough, and confidential handling of reports. Assist with NCLH's third-party risk management program by overseeing supplier due diligence and compliance to mitigate risks effectively. Design and implement engaging and impactful ethics and compliance training and awareness campaigns. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of NCLH's compliance programs and identify areas of risk. Work closely with Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability teams. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) reports and relevant documentation. Provide support in connection with internal investigations. Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE:
Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Management, or related field of study.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years of domestic and international compliance experience, preferably in a multi-national public company or leading global law firm.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS: Proven ability to understand legal and regulatory concepts and effectively prioritize and complete projects in a detail-oriented and efficient manner. Familiarity with the required elements of effective compliance programs and relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is preferred, which may include in-depth knowledge of anti-corruption laws (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Action), trade sanctions (OFAC), and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Excellent people and communication skills and ethical judgment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance tools and systems (OneTrust, NAVEX, D&B Risk Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
