About the Role (Mid Senior Level Attorney)

We’re seeking an experienced and skilled attorney with 5 to 10 years of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who wants to handle high-value cases, contribute to case strategy, and make a real impact.

Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of serious injury cases from intake through trial or resolution Conduct depositions, handle motion practice, attend court appearances, and prepare for trial Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs Communicate with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the court Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm strategy and growth

Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation Admission to practice law in New York State

Required Skills: Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities A results-oriented, client-first approach

About the Role (Entry Level Attorney)

Responsibilities Manage a caseload from intake to resolution Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal motions Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Collaborate with firm leadership and legal support teams Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury Admission to practice in New York State Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines A proactive, team-first attitude Pay range and compensation package:: Competitive compensation with annual salary range of $105,000 plus Comprehensive benefits package A collaborative and respectful work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement
