Mechanical Assemblers
Location: San Jose, CA
Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay: $23.00/Hourly

We are currently looking for
Mechanical Assemblers
who, under the guidance of the Assembly Supervisor, are
responsible
for
bench assembly operations . This role involves
assembling parts, pieces, and/or products
using
various tools
and
equipment
according to required specifications, processes, and procedures in a
manufacturing environment.
It is a
full-time position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Read, comprehend, interpret, and follow basic
blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications,
and other
written instructions
to accurately
assemble products. Perform
mechanical assembly
using
hand tools
and
power tools. Apply
gluing
and
sealing
techniques using
compounds
like
Loctite, epoxy,
and
RTV. Handle
various sizes of materials , from
heavy parts to small intricate ones . Perform
soldering
and
assembly
of various
parts
to VW
transducers. Conduct quality
testing
and
inspection
to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards. Identify
and
report
product
defects
to appropriate personnel. Rework
and
repair assembled products
according to engineering specification changes. Maintain accurate records/logs. Handle
ESD sensitive materials
and
equipment.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of assembly experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability
to
follow written
and
verbal work instructions
an
d blueprints
for complex and standard product assembly. Ability to
maintain equipment
and a
clean work environment. Compliance
with all
company policies
and
procedures. Willingness
to
perform other related duties
as assigned. Authorization to work in the United States.
