We’re Hiring – Patient Engagement Representative Full-Time | Onsite | $22/hr ($24/hr if bilingual Spanish)

We’re looking for an empathetic, patient-focused professional to help re-engage and schedule patients while delivering an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities: Make approximately 80 outbound calls per day to connect with patients Schedule or reschedule appointments, procedures, and testing Send follow-up texts and emails as part of our outreach campaign Maintain accurate patient records and meet team goals

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 12 PM–8 PM Optional: Saturday 8 AM–1 PM
