Our client in Camden, New Jersey is seeking a Service Operations Administrative Assistant. This is a long-term temporary position offering between $24-$30.00 per hour based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a flexible start and end time. This role will convert to a hybrid schedule once training has concluded (will be remote Wednesday and Friday)

Responsibilities: Perform data entry from emails and other sources into internal Claims/CRM systems and reports. Generate standard monthly reports by extracting data from internal systems, organizing it in Excel, and creating tables/charts for analysis and comparison. Maintain organized digital records of claims and ensure all required information is properly logged and categorized. Monitor group mailbox and distribute incoming materials to appropriate team members. Prepare reimbursement letters using Word templates and coordinate check processing with accounting Assist in tracking claim statuses, follow-ups, and resolution timelines to ensure compliance with internal and external service standards Support quality assurance efforts by identifying data discrepancies and recommending process improvements. Support the service team with various administrative tasks and project coordination. Respond to internal inquiries regarding claim data and reporting metrics. Additional duties as assigned Requirements: Must have a minimum of 4 years’ in a similar role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently once given direction High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Initiative and creative problem-solving are highly valued.
