The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing creative problem-solving to resolve electrical and mechanical equipment issues. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for developing a robust preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain documentation for all preventive and predictive maintenance Schedule equipment downtimes in sync with other departments Oversee that proper maintenance procedures are performed correctly regarding the equipment and facility Work in conjunction with Production during all capital projects Propose, plan, and install necessary equipment to improve production efficiency and achieve cost reduction Manage relationships with external contractors Ensure maintenance procedures follow plant safety regulations Maintain inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels by initiating requisitions
