Job Description Salary: Bookkeeping Plus, Inc. is now hiring experienced Payroll Processors.
DUTIES
Process payroll for multiple clients on various platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Paycor, QuickBooks, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Some payroll or accounting training beyond high school
Must-have Experience:
Five years in a payroll position
Experience with some of the major payroll processing platforms (e.g. ADP, Paychex)
Great attention to detail
Proven track record of reliability and punctuality
Nice-to-have Experience:
Tracking payroll expenses by department, job, or grant
Benefit deductions and retirement fund contributions
Data entry into QuickBooks
