Job Description As a Scheduler at Hopebridge, you will develop rapport with both patients and clinics to schedule appointments. You will directly impact all aspects of this growing business by providing expert support in managing patient schedules for clinics within your portfolio.

What You’ll Do Complete specified tasks needed to manage therapist and patient schedules for our clinics Work with supervisor and clinic managers to optimizes schedules Create and review appointments in our software to support internal teams Receive inbound phone calls for patient cancellations and schedule change requests Document all communication with patient families for audit purposes Follow and monitor specific tasks as outlined in computer workflow software Attends staff meetings as required Adheres to all HIPAA and Government guidelines and regulations Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor Required Skills

What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to manage incoming calendar maintenance requests via Microsoft Teams, Outlook, help tickets, in-person, and over the phone Data entry skills such as basic software knowledge, fast typing skills, and high attention to detail required Comfortable working in a busy, everchanging office environment Prior medical scheduler or medical receptionist experience is a plus Hopebridge is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
