Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA
Work Model: Hybrid – Join a Dynamic Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Law Firm working on 7-8 figure cases
Join our vibrant Los Angeles-based law firm, where we champion the rights of accident and personal injury victims with unmatched dedication. Our mission is to deliver top-tier legal advocacy in a cost-effective, client-centered manner, empowering those harmed by negligence to rebuild their lives. We foster a dynamic, supportive workplace that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact. As a Mid-Level Personal Injury Attorney, you’ll manage significant litigation and some pre-litigation cases, almost entirely high-value matters, while working alongside experienced colleagues. This role offers a chance to hone your skills, take on challenging cases, and grow within a firm committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and implement legal strategies for personal injury cases, such as car crashes, premises liability, wrongful death, and severe injuries. Review and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and team members throughout case lifecycles. Perform depositions and prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for testimony. Ensure cases are prepared for trial, managing deadlines for discovery, expert disclosures, and filings. Participate in trials as lead or co-counsel, organizing exhibits and coordinating expert testimony. Drive mediation efforts by preparing briefs and actively negotiating settlements. Handle post-resolution tasks, such as reviewing settlement agreements, negotiating liens, and calculating distributions.
What We’re Looking For:
2-6 years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side work. Familiarity with personal injury law and local legal networks (experts, defense counsel, mediators). Ability to manage high-value cases with moderate supervision. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. California Bar admission in good standing.
Why Join Us?
Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses and Commission. Robust benefits package, including health insurance, ongoing training, etc. A collaborative, inclusive culture that supports work-life balance. Opportunities to work on high-impact cases with access to mentorship and advanced resources.
