The Director, PHSO Transformation willengage with clinical and operational leadershipto identify the highest-impact clinical opportunities, shape and scope transformation initiatives and develop and align strategies that contribute to strong performance in innovative and transformational payment models. The Director will lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that transform clinical operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in nursing, business, finance, accounting, science or other healthcare related field and 10 years of experience in an Accountable Care Organization, Clinically Integrated Network, population health, care management, clinical informatics, or other related healthcare area(s). Demonstrates knowledge of healthcare operations and healthcare management Demonstrates knowledge in all local, state, and federal regulatory bodies Knowledge of leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts Must have 10 years of experience using analytic techniques to analyze clinical transformation and evidence-based practice Must be able to communicate effectively in English Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the EMR INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Preferred Qualifications: MSN, MBA, MPH, CERA, PMP, CHDA Responsibilities
Provide leadership to create an environment of transformation around network performance operations and maintain a culture supporting the INTEGRIS Health mission, vision, and values Develop and implement innovative short and long-range strategy and operations to achieve initiatives, priorities, and goals of INTEGRIS Health Partners Advises and directs on the clinical network implications of Accountable Care Organization (ACO) models and collaborate to provide strategically enhanced performance Drive execution and transformational change within the assigned team to ensure effective, efficient, sustainable, compliant, and leading-edge operations to contribute to the network success Oversee the tools, reporting and incentive models that guide behaviors in response to changing healthcare activities to produce greater value Interface with payor strategy, analytics, population health, and system finance to identify opportunities and impact of the clinical and operational efforts of the clinically integrated network Develop and ensure metrics, goals, and projects are executed, tracked and accomplished for the department Demonstrate an appropriate understanding of the regulatory environment and applies that understanding to ongoing responsibilities and is able to teach concepts and understanding to direct reports, leaders and other team members as needed Leads and directs team to meet the objectives in the INTEGRIS Health value-based care strategy Continuously monitor and report value-based contract clinical performance Provide oversight of appropriate risk-sharing models for population health and network participants that provide incentives based on performance against metrics established to enhance accountable care. Set the digital health vision of INTEGRIS Health Partners to align the use of technology with INTEGRIS Health system strategies and key clinical priorities. The Director will partner with the Chief Medical Officers and Chief Information Officers to transform care delivery models and the clinician-patient experience through the use of the EHR, Risk Models, digital tools, advanced technologies, services, and processes. The Director of Transformation will engage Clinical Programs and Clinical Services in enabling capabilities to reimagine care delivery and processes that support personalized human experiences across all touchpoints. Develop and utilize analytic platforms that demonstrate outcomes from clinical transformation activities Tracks industry trends and practices to stay at the forefront of clinical transformation and applied informatics Demonstrate explicit knowledge and comprehension of INTEGRIS Health Partner's value proposition Foster strategic provider partnerships and functional working relationships across the INTEGRIS Health Physician Enterprises for clinical transformation Oversee engagement activities through events, such as educational sessions, networking events, and strategic roundtable discussions Ensures staff are managed and developed effectively, including hiring, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting coaching/counseling sessions Research and develop opportunities with payer partners for value-based arrangements for INTEGRIS Health Partners for clinical transformation
