CareSouth Carolina, a CIMS Network Center, is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join its Hartsville team. The Family Practice Physician provides primary care in a Family Practice clinic setting. CareSouth Carolina is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 13 offices and a Patient Centered Health Home. All employees are an integral part of this model of care delivery.
