Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

CareSouth Carolina, a CIMS network partner center, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to its McColl team! CareSouth Carolina is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 13 offices and a Patient Centered Health Home. All employees are an integral part of this model of care delivery.
