Job Description & Requirements * Specialty: ED - Emergency Department * Discipline: RN * Start Date: 09/06/2025 * Duration: 19 weeks * 36 hours per week * Shift: 12 hours, nights * Employment Type: Travel University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center Requirements : - BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC - 3YR experience required (prefer 4-5 years) Job Description: * Visits per Day - 140 Beds - 46 patient ratio - 1:4 * Patient Diagnosis - Chest Pain, Stroke, Sepsis, Cardiac Arrest, Trauma, Respiratory Illness, Respiratory arrest. * Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity. Monitor patient vital signs and document medical information. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare team members. * Provide wound care and emergency medical interventions. Prepare patients for surgeries, procedures, and diagnostic tests. * Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatments. * Maintain a sterile and safe working environment.
