This individual will be responsible for operating CNC brake press machinery to produce parts that meet established specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate a CNC brake press to fabricate metal components according to approved designs and production schedulesPerform first-run part verification to ensure dimensional and quality complianceMeasure and inspect finished parts using tape measures and other precision toolsInterpret blueprints and work instructions to determine machine settings and bend sequencesMaintain accurate documentation and communicate production status as neededFollow safety regulations and company procedures to ensure a safe working environmentKeep the work area organized and clean, reporting any mechanical issues or deviations immediatelyJob Requirements:High school diploma or GEDAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using Microsoft Word and ExcelValid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle, as neededJob Type: Direct HireShift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pmThe Arnold Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)About Us:Looking for a job that fits your skills and goals?
