Travel Nursing Job Details Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Location: Glendale, Arizona 85306 (Greater Phoenix area) Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D) Start Date: September 8, 2025 End Date: December 8, 2025 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12-hour day shifts) Hours per Week: 36 Guaranteed Hours: 24 per week On-call and Weekend: Schedules determined by facility Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880-$2020 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience Current certifications (AHA or American Red Cross): BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) AFM (Advanced Fetal Monitoring) No license restrictions or disciplinary actions Travel nursing experience preferred Must not have an Arizona home address on driver's license Compliance with all hospital background checks and documentation requirements Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit Monitor patient status, administer medications, and assist with labor and delivery procedures Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards Apply now to join our healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career with this exceptional Labor & Delivery RN job in Glendale, Arizona!
