In this role you will operate equipment to build the structures needed to create our products that improve indoor air quality. Job Responsibilities:Follow safety policies and proactively identify safety improvements. Setup, adjustment and operation of all size brake presses, including our specialized equipment; Fiber Laser, TruPunch, TruBend Robotic Bend Cell and Pemserter. Use computer system to access Work Instructions and control plans for quality check intervals. Distinguish material types between Aluminum, Cold Rolled, Stainless Steel and Galvanized. May perform other duties in other areas of facility when workload dictates. Job Requirements:Prior experience is not needed, must be willing and motivated to learn. Self-starter, motivated to learn new equipment, is coachable and dependable with good attendance. Follow directions and established processes consistently. Meet performance standards and expectations of assigned work or daily tasks. Effective use of all measurement tools including; micrometers, calipers, checking fixtures, height gauge and other various measurement tools to ensure quality of part. Basic Math skills to calculate precise dimensions needed to make a quality part. Learn and understand blueprints and comprehension of work center dispatch assignments.
