In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Flexographic presses, such as the MA 2200, to ensure we meet our production and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesPress Operation & Maintenance: Set up and operate Flexographic presses (e.g., MA 2200). Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.Quality & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures.Inventory & Teamwork: Manage the inventory of press supplies and collaborate with team members to support production goals.Troubleshooting: Apply your knowledge of Flexographic printing, ink theory, and color matching to troubleshoot and resolve press issues.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.3-5 years of experience in Flexographic printing, with a preference for experience on an MA 2200 press.Strong understanding of ink theory, color matching, and press maintenance.Able to follow work instructions in English.Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.BenefitsSteven Label is committed to its employees' well-being.
