Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Irwin, PA
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Employment Type: Temp to Hire

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our collaborative and fast-paced team. This role will focus on supporting customers, sales teams, and service technicians by processing orders, creating quotes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop SAP quotations for machine spare parts, consumables, tooling, contract services, and more by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
- Support Regional Business Managers with feasibility quotations and order entry.
- Present quotations to customers and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
- Perform commercial contract reviews and process purchase orders in SAP.
- Dispatch service technicians for machine repairs and manage scheduling.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and requests.
- Support the Customer Service Manager with special projects.
- Facilitate the customer feedback process and complete supplier survey forms.
- Update Salesforce with active/inactive machine serial numbers.
- Provide back-up support to other Customer Service team members as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or similar technical industry (retail experience will not be considered).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Software Skills: Tech-savvy; SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.
