Position Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Concord, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Position Summary:
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. This position supports hiring initiatives across departments and requires fluency in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with bilingual capability (English/Spanish).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of open roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in industries such as manufacturing, construction, or logistics.
- Understanding of employment law and hiring compliance practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
