Job Title: Admin Assistant/ Scheduler
Duration: 12 months Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Location: 2400 Weiss, Saginaw MI (Remote)
Pay rate: $18-20/Hour on w2 without any benefits/holiday/vacation.

Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
The Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, scheduling and support of daily work and planning of resources specific to the assigned business unit.
Establish and execute a daily plan for the work; may include organizing and dispatching assignments, facilitating meetings, short-range forecasting, etc.
Communicate effectively inline with supported business unit processes/procedures; may include interacting with supervision, field operations, or other operational supporting groups.
Utilize various systems to monitor work, create/submit orders and requests, observe data and make scheduling adjustments as necessary. Some roles may require a deeper dive into data review to make appropriate modifications.
Support emergent matters inline with the business units processes/procedures; may include escalations, volume monitoring, etc.

Education:
Production schedulers typically need at least an associate's degree in management or a relevant field; a bachelor's degree may be preferred. Experience in the scheduling is beneficial, and knowledge of SAP is expected.
