Hybrid to Lincolnshire, IL Day to Day : Were seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead projects within our Customer Application spacea dynamic suite of digital tools designed to enhance customer experience. This role involves managing 23 medium-sized projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, managing issues, mitigating risks, managing resources, and coordinating with offshore development teams. Projects may range from continuous enhancements and feature upgrades to website updates and infrastructure efforts such as data center improvements. The ideal candidate is one that has experience working in a regulated environment, is very detail oriented, communicates effectively across teams, and brings a proactive approach to driving results. Define, control, and manage project scope to ensure alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones and final outcomes. Develop and maintain project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Track project progress against baseline. Manage internal and external project stakeholders, including coordinating with and overseeing third-party vendors. Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams based on project scope and requirements. Define and assign individual responsibilities, ensuring team members are aligned with project objectives. Identify and secure appropriate resources (human, technical, and financial) necessary for successful project execution. Proactively monitor and communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Actively manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on scope, timeline, or budget. Take initiative to resolve issues and remove obstacles that may impede project progress or quality. Seniority level
