About the Role The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in coordinating digital, content, and event marketing programs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects, including website updates, product launches, and partner programs.

Develop and maintain digital content for email campaigns, social media, and web platforms.

Assist in the production of videos, sales collateral, and marketing materials.

Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and field marketing events.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and marketing performance metrics.

Conduct research to inform content strategy, competitive positioning, and partner enablement.

Maintain and organize brand assets and marketing resources.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or related roles.

Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills Experience supporting event marketing or tradeshows.

Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere).

Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms.

Experience working with creative agencies or freelancers.

Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Shortcut or Asana.

Understanding of B2B marketing best practices.
