This role supports efforts to grow patient engagement and enhance visibility in the community through personalized outreach strategies. Job Description: The Community Outreach Specialist will lead local engagement efforts to build relationships and introduce healthcare services to prospective patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, thrives in a self-driven environment, and has a knack for driving measurable results. You'll attend community events, network with local partners, and help individuals take the first step toward improved health. Key Responsibilities: Represent the organization at health fairs, community events, and local organizations Educate individuals about healthcare services and treatment options Identify prospective patients and assist with scheduling initial consultations Build partnerships with local community leaders and event coordinators Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track leads and appointments Assist with setting up event booths, materials, and promotional displays Coordinate with internal marketing teams to align on outreach strategy Track and meet appointment generation goals Qualifications: Motivated, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others Experience in outreach, sales, healthcare, or community relations preferred Proven success meeting goals or performance metrics Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable attending and presenting at public events Access to reliable transportation to travel locally Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus Ability to lift up to 45 lbs for event setup Additional Details: Hybrid role with flexible hours after onboarding Position is direct hire with long-term growth potential Travel throughout the Chicagoland area is expected Perks: Competitive base salary with commission for every new patient onboarded Flexible work hours and remote options when not attending events Paid vacation and holidays Benefits Information: Vision, Dental, Medical, and 401(k) retirement plan Ongoing training and development opportunities Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
