We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our growing team as our Community Outreach Specialist, developing and setting the pace for referral growth (primarily with Primary Care Providers) at Geode Health.

This is a hybrid role primarily based in the Chicagoland area.
Estimated Compensation: $50,000/year base salary + bonus potential (up to $80,000+ in total potential compensation)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for finding, developing, and owning relationships with key partnerships in assigned markets that lead to significant patient referral volume, happy partners, and well-served patients
Conduct ongoing outreach to initiate partnerships in assigned markets
Identify and attend key networking and community events
Assist in content creation to drive lead generation
Assist in creation of lead nurturing program to improve partner lead conversion
Partner with Area Operations Managers to ensure successful provider ramps
Partner with Market Development Coordinators on upper funnel outreach strategies
Work cross functionally to ensure timelines and requirements for partnerships are met
Ability to follow through and perform with critical thinking and minimal supervision
Connect with clients and prospects via in-person meetings, phone, social media, zoom, email etc.

Qualifications :
3+ years experience in a marketing or outreach role in a B2B service environment
Experience collaborating with Primary Care Providers
Work well under pressure and have exceptional time management skills
Driven self-starter that has a passion for helping those with mental health challenges find the care they need, and will work relentlessly to make this a reality
Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and plan
Strong presentation development skills (Development and delivery to senior levels)
Prepare and present partnership proposals
Must be computer savvy and experienced using CRM software
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Prior multi-location healthcare outreach experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to take initiative and follow-up independently
Demonstrated computer proficiency, analytical and math skills
Willing and able to travel between assigned markets
Working Conditions:
Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations
May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules
Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation
Fine finger coordination required for typing, pressing objects such as utilizing laptop/mouse for documentation purposes
Ability to speak clearly with patients and team members so others can understand.
Ability to hear and understand others when speaking
Ability to view computer screen monitor, small objects few feet away
Ability to act and move quickly in emergencysituations involving patient care
