JOB SUMMARY
Supports HRBP and leadership in implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate programs. Helps create an environment that attracts, develops, retains, and engages talent throughout the OpCo to achieve business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support, manage customer relations, and oversee personnel management for major programs and projects.
Partner with
Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
to execute core HR processes such as performance management, talent management, total rewards, compensation, training and development, and transitional return-to-work processes. Offer coaching and guidance to leaders and associates regarding HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with
HRBP
to foster an inclusive and diverse culture. Handle employee and labor relations, including investigations and conflict resolution. Assist in reviewing, interpreting, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance performance and professional growth. QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Organizational Development. Experience At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources management. Preferably three years in a supervisory role or equivalent training and experience. Experience working with attorneys, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and senior leadership. Decision-Making Authority Maintain proficiency in current employment laws including ADA, FMLA, Sexual Harassment, Title VII, etc. Manage employee claims and litigation in coordination with legal counsel. Most critical decisions are made with review and approval from supervisors, including managing the HR department budget.
