As a Medical Technologist, you will play an essential role in supporting accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions. You'll work with a variety of lab instruments and methods to analyze blood, urine, body fluids, and tissue samples, applying critical thinking and scientific expertise in every step of the process. Core Responsibilities:
Perform clinical laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency Interpret results in context with patient history and clinical condition Report STAT and critical values promptly to appropriate care teams Conduct quality control and instrument maintenance procedures Troubleshoot technical and instrument-related issues Prepare reagents and manage inventory with cost-awareness Use laboratory information systems for test management and workflow optimization Teach students and lab rotation participants when needed Consistently meet all regulatory and accreditation standards Why Apply?
