As a Medical Technologist, youll be a critical part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering timely and accurate laboratory testing that guides clinical decisions. Youll rotate through essential lab sections, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every step. Key Responsibilities
Perform and validate diagnostic tests across multiple lab disciplines Interpret clinical test results in the context of patient conditions Communicate STAT and critical values promptly to clinical staff Perform quality control, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting Prepare reagents and manage inventory with attention to cost-efficiency Operate lab information systems for test orders, results, and workflow Participate in teaching and mentoring as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Why Apply?
