Summary:
Senior PM/Scrum Master
Description
Mange Proof of Concept (POC) and development environment deployments in collaboration with the Cloud Team. Manage client-driven enhancements related to Azure and GCP component certifications. Create Jira boards helping the Cloud Team to understand and use scrum theory, practices, and rules. Remove impediments with the interactions between the scrum team & other teams and facilitate scrum calls. Manage ad-hoc customer requests via ServiceNow and internal forms. Track and report on staff allocations and assist with the management of deliverables and issue resolutions. Improve the way Development team performs activities by setting up knowledge sessions and documenting success stories on internal repositories using SharePoint and other MS tools. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment. Activities
Support engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders: Facilitating issue removal for the team, and Scrum events as needed. Providing visibility (communication and reporting) Support product owners: Finding techniques for effective product backlog management, and clear and concise product backlog items; Understanding product planning; facilitating scrum events as needed. Gather and report on requests made to the scrum team and assignments using scrum tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
Pay Range: $87-88
